  • Damaged or Spoiled Products – If you receive perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.) in a damaged or spoiled condition.
  • Incorrect Items – If the delivered items do not match your order.
  • Missing Items – If an item from your order is missing.
  • Service Issues – If a household service (laundry, plumbing, electrician, etc.) was not completed as per the agreed terms.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items that have been used or partially consumed.
  • Perishable products if not reported within [2] hours of delivery.
  • Issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to our support team within 1 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof – Share images or details of the damaged/incorrect product.
  3. Review & Approval – Our team will verify the request and approve/refuse the refund accordingly.
  4. Refund Method – Approved refunds will be processed through:
    • Original Payment Mode – If paid online.
    • Store Credit/Replacement – If preferred by the customer.

4. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days after approval.
  • The credited amount may take upto 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
